At the plenary session held on March 23, 2026, the Council was asked to approve an increase in the budget for Special Purpose Fund No. 2519.

During the meeting, I asked whether fees were collected in accordance with the current by-laws or based on the previous rates. The relevant excerpt from the plenary session minutes is attached.

What is the total amount of fees collected for the planned works, and were they collected in accordance with the current by-laws or under the boundary levy?
